EXPERIENCE

NOV 2025- PRESENT

President | Alpha Delta Pi - University of Miami

I oversee the strategic direction and operations of a chapter of over 250 members at the University of Miami. I work closely with our executive board to guide leadership development, manage chapter initiatives, and ensure our organization continues to grow both professionally and personally. This role has strengthened my skills in decision-making, team leadership, and communication, while reinforcing the importance of building a supportive and values-driven community. Leading a diverse group of motivated women has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career.

NOV 2024- JAN 2026

Vice President of Recruitment | Alpha Delta Pi - University of Miami

I planned and executed Alpha Delta Pi’s primary recruitment process, welcoming over 100 new members into the chapter. I managed a recruitment budget exceeding $20,000, coordinated recruitment events, and held myself and our marketing team responsible for generating social media content, event themes, and outreach strategies. This experience allowed me to combine leadership with branding and strategic communication to present the chapter authentically to potential new members. It strengthened my interest in how marketing, storytelling, and relationships influence decision-making.

MAY 2025- AUG 2025

Real Estate Intern | Berkshire Hathaway RW Towne Realty

I worked closely with luxury residential real estate agent Kathy Good, gaining firsthand exposure to the full sales process from listing preparation to client showings and open houses. I observed how properties are positioned within the market through pricing strategy, staging, and digital marketing while learning how strong client relationships drive successful transactions. I also contributed marketing ideas to enhance property presentation and online visibility, exploring ways social media and branding can support listing exposure. This experience deepened my understanding of how real estate blends sales, marketing, and relationship management, and it solidified my interest in pursuing a career in residential real estate and luxury property marketing.

MAY 2024- AUG 2024

Server & Team Member | Chicks Oyster Bar

Working in a high-volume restaurant environment strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, work efficiently under pressure, and provide excellent customer service. I collaborated with team members to maintain smooth service while managing multiple tables and guest requests. This experience reinforced the importance of adaptability, teamwork, and creating positive experiences for customers. These interpersonal skills translate directly to client-focused industries such as real estate and sales.

MAY 2022 - JUL 2023

Food Service Worker / Barista | Emerald City Smoothie

I developed strong customer service and time-management skills while working in a fast-paced environment. I prepared orders, handled transactions, and interacted with customers daily, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. The role taught me the value of attention to detail, consistency, and maintaining a positive attitude in service-driven roles. It also helped build the foundation of communication skills I continue to apply in leadership and professional settings.

NOV 2021 - JUN 2022

Youth Volleyball Coach |TGA Premier Sports

I taught fundamental skills while fostering teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship among young athletes. I planned practices, demonstrated drills, and encouraged players to develop both individually and as a team. Coaching required patience, leadership, and the ability to motivate others—skills that continue to influence how I approach leadership roles today. It was an early experience that sparked my interest in mentorship and guiding others toward success.
